At Pipeworks we worked with Firewalk during the development of a PVE game mode for Concord. Before it was ultimately cut from production, our teams put in a lot of effort to get it as close to polished as we could.
This area of the Firing Range was known as the Locker Room and was where players would spawn after selecting a hero for the activity.
My contributions specifically were towards asset clean up and palette creation. Jadeite Mesa-Gaines was lead 3D artist overseeing asset and material creation on the Pipeworks side for all PVE assets, as well as actively involved with the direction and finalization of the level. Frank Rell was responsible for hard surface asset creation and Eli Quinn for material creation. On the Firewalk side Adam Alexander was responsible for lighting.
Though cut short, I had a really great experience contributing to this level and working alongside my colleagues as well as with the wonderful people over at Firewalk.
